Certain states require written disclosures for nonprofit organizations soliciting contributions.

Based on Sonoma State University Foundation's current charitable registration footprint, disclosures would apply to the following states: CA, ME, MD, MI, MN, NV, NJ, NY, OH, OR, WA.
