Ernesto M. Olivares has over forty-five years of public safety experience, including over 30 years as a law enforcement professional and 17 years leading youth safety and violence prevention efforts.
Ernesto is a former Santa Rosa City Council Member and Mayor, a retired police lieutenant, Government Affairs Manager, and serves as Executive Director of the California Violence Prevention Network
(CalVPN).
